Analyst
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- — Conducting different industries research, market info gathering and analysis (key drivers, players, trends, potential targets etc)
- — Preparing and delivering financial models
- — Participating in meetings, conference-calls and deal negotiations
- — Preparation of presentations, reports, proposals and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials
- — Participating at all stages of the M&A process
Requirements:
- — Higher education
- — Relevant experience in financial sector (preferably M&A advisory, financial modeling or financial due diligence)
- — Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- — Direct engagement experience with business owners and top management
- — Knowledge of financial accounting, valuation methodology and techniques
- — Advanced MS Excel, Word and Power Point user. Experience in the preparation of presentations
- — Advanced research skills, ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- — Results-oriented team player with good time-management skills
