Sergei Moiseyev
Sergei Moiseyev founded Unicorn in 2002 and is currently its Chairman. He is actively involved in managing the funds and advising on mergers and acquisitions. He is the Chairman of the Investment Committee .
Prior to Unicorn, he was the managing partner at the Siemens Austria TMT Buyout Fund, held various investment banking positions in New York, Vienna and Moscow. Mr. Moiseyev was a board member of Chelpipe, Alnas and CZP among others.
He graduated from Moscow University of Finance in 1992 and holds an MBA from Bryant University since 1994.
He has extensive background in structuring and executing industrial buyouts and exits.
