Unicorn Capital Partners has held its final close of USD 100 million

Moscow, Russia — Unicorn Capital Partners (“Unicorn”, “Fund”), an industrial buyout fund focused on Russia and CIS, announces that it is closed to new investors with total capital commitments of USD 100 million. The Fund was raised entirely from local and CIS family offices.

Sergei Moiseyev, the Fund’s co-founder and Managing Partner commented: "We are pleased to have closed our first time industrial fund at this level in an environment of unprecedented uncertainty for Russia and CIS focused funds. We appreciate the support that our LPs have shown to the team and the sector, and we look forward to investing this fund at an exceptionally opportune time in the cycle. We feel that the Russian and CIS small and midmarket represents an extraordinary investment opportunity at the moment, as there is less competition for deals and valuations remain highly attractive. Unicorn has been actively developing its pipeline of perspective investments. There is a good number of investee companies at final stages of evaluation and due diligence.”
